Hardy souls, many still recovering from the previous evenings festivities gather on the beach for The New Year swim. At 11 o'clock hundreds, many in fancy dress, race to the waves for this annual event. Last year £1500 was raised in aid of Looe RNLI and we are pleased to say that a pair of Schooner Points guests took part and contributed a considerable amount to the total raised.
