Breakfast

We have extended our breakfast service and it is now served between 08.00 - 09.30 in our breakfast room. You will be asked for your preferred breakfast time via email two weeks before arrival, if we do not hear from you, a time will be allocated to you, upon arrival.

Enjoy the fabulous views across the estuary. Watch the tide rise or fall and take your time to relax and plan your day over coffee or tea, while your breakfast is prepared personally and to order for you.

We can offer you smoked salmon with avocado, baby tomatoes and eggs of your choice or salmon on muffins with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce or marmite crumpets with poached eggs and mushrooms or pancakes with streaky bacon and maple syrup. We can cater for most dietry needs if advised in advnce. If you rather,  just sample the delights of the buffet which is self service.

Where possible our foods are sourced locally and only high quality products are used. We are pleased to offer O'Keefe & Father (Pelynt) award winning chippolata sausages with our cooked breakfast. O'Keefe's also source our hogs pudding. We use local Cornish free range eggs, when bird flu regulations allow, and local Trewithens butter. Our baked beans, jam, marmalade and compote are all homemade.
