At last the weather smiled on us and we have managed a couple of days in The Schooner Point garden and also managed to get out for a walk. This time we trecked through Tregargus Woods and back down to St.Stephen, near St.Austell. It took us through the old mine workings and past the waterfall. We did get a little lost for a while but we managed to find our way out in the end.
The current series of Beyond Paradise has come to an end but will be revisiting for a new series and Christmas special, as announced at the end of the last episode. Ben Palmer, owner chef of The Sardine Factory and recent star of Great British Menu will be demonstrating his skills, along with the rest of the South Wests finalists, at The Looe Food and Drink Festival on15th. September followed by the Looe Weekender Festival the following weekend.
